Birthday Celebrations

We hosted our first private event last night, a menu designed for 13 people to celebrate a very special person and a special birthday.

It was our first opportunity to deliver our menu in our new venue…. no pressure 🙂

We have been planning this for a while especially as this was our first chance since ‘lockdown’.

The menu we designed:

Roasted Red Pepper + Almond Soup

Chicken Caesar Salad Croquette

Cod Fillet + Creamy Leek Sauce, Samphire, Roasted Tomato + Hasselback Potato

Buttermilk Panna cotta with Plum Compote + Toasted Oats

and finally ….. Birthday Cake
